Theme: Everywhere Fun Fair - Where God's World Comes Together

AGE REQUIREMENTS

Parents:

We found that there was some confusion as to the age requirements last year, so we want to make it as clear as possible and to publish the age requirements well in advance.

Your child will be in the class for the grade COMPLETED in the 2012-2013 school year.

If your child completes Kindergarten in June, 2013, they enter the Kindergarten VBS group.

If your child completes 1st grade in June, 2013, they enter the 1st grade VBS group.

If your child completes 2nd grade in June, 2013, they enter the 2nd grade VBS group.

If your child completes 3rd grade in June, 2013, they enter the 3rd grade VBS group.

If your child completes 4th grade in June, 2013, they enter the 4th grade VBS group.

If your child completes 5th grade in June, 2013, they enter the 5th grade VBS group.

Children 6th grade and above are eligible to be a youth leader and help with the VBS program.

**Preschool programs for children ages 3-4 are ONLY for children of volunteers. These children must also have completed Lehman's 2s or 3s preschool and/or Sunday School program in 2012-2013. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE TO THIS POLICY. These registrations must be received by June 30, 2013 due to space and safety requirements.

VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES

It's a World's Fair Theme, highlighting 5 different countries in a carnival atmosphere and teaches the children Bible Stores about being good neighbors to those near and far.

We need volunteers:

Shepherds ♦ Rotation Leaders ♦ Teens ♦ People to Help Paint Decorations 

Set-Up Crew ♦ Clean-Up Crew ♦ Shoppers ♦ Organizers

Prayers For This Outreach Ministry

We will be setting up the church on Sunday, August 4th after church services are over and will be cleaning up on both Friday, August 9 and Sunday, August 11th.
